No-Gap Check-up & Clean with Eligible Health Funds
Your check-up and clean may be no gap if your health fund pays a benefit of at least:
- Adults: $197
- Children: $150
If your health fund pays less than the applicable amount, you will require to pay the difference.
Health Fund Benefit and Refund Information: If your health fund pays a benefit exceeding the applicable check-up and clean fee, the amount paid above that fee is not refundable to the patient. Health fund benefits depend on your individual policy and fund rules. Please confirm your available benefits with your health fund before your appointment.
Please note- The stated fees apply to the services included in the appointment. Additional examinations, investigations or treatment may incur extra fees. X-rays and fluoride treatment are provided when clinically indicated or appropriate.
